For those using their own internal system to manage vacancies, automatic import is a great feature that will come in handy anytime you need to post your vacancies to one of LMC's portals (Jobs.cz, Prace.cz, Práce za rohem) or to one of our partner websites (like Profesia.sk). Automatic import will take care of everything in real time, removing the need to manually enter data in your internal and then in the external system, and streamlining the process of posting vacancies in a bulk.

The implementation process is very quick on Teamio's side, usually taking 24 hours at most. Then, you need to implement the service into your internal system – that's not something we can control, but we will provide our full support to your IT department or the third party of your choice.

The vacancy import service was designed to be as universal as possible and able to integrate with almost any internal system you can think of. We have extensive experience with implementation in many different companies and integration with some of the most popular internal systems.
How does it work on Teamio's side?
With this service, all vacancies will be displayed directly in Teamio in the form of vacancy concepts waiting to be published. You can start working with them right away – edit them, choose how do you want to highlight them, and then post them on Czech and international portals.
Step-by-step break-down
Contact your LMC agent to let them know you are interested in the service. If you are not sure who is your LMC agent, simply contact our helpdesk to find out.
Determine who is the administrator of your external system.
Contact the external system administrator to make sure your external system is able to work with HTTPS protocol.
The system administrator should confirm that your system is able to process the following syntax:
- Url: https://g2.lmc.cz/import/custompath/import (custompath will vary)
- Method: POST
- Content-type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
- Login credentials – username, password
Your LMC agent will make sure the service is put into operation on Teamio's side.
Then, the LMC agent will either contact your system administrator directly, or provide him with the necessary technical details through you.
After these are implemented into your system, the import of vacancies into Teamio will become completely operational.
Together, we will make sure everything is working as it should and complete the handover of the service.

The LMC standard
